March 31st Happy Opening Day!

Noah is excited to watch Giants baseball again, he thinks they can pull off the Championship again this year.

We went out for pizza with Papa Jim and Nama Barb to celebrate my birthday and to watch the Giants' opening season game. Noah thought all of the excitement was exhausting.

March 30th Good times with friends

So that we could take advantage of the beautiful day we had today, James, Noah and I went for a nice long walk with the Gosses and then we had a yummy BBQ dinner at their house.

March 29th Some serious jumpin'

Noah is becoming quite the jump, jump, jumper! Makes for noisy play time but he loves working out those thighs. Don't mind the drool on his chest or his crazy hair. Kid needs another haircut ASAP! James has started calling him Rolly Polly Olly - can you guess why??

I blended up some fresh mango (the Magic Bullet is awesome for making easy baby food!) to add to his rice cereal this evening and had the camera ready for some awesomely funny faces. This was the best he delivered. I thought he would think the mango was odd but apparently his taste buds were not shaken up.

March 28th New toy

Noah has a nifty new activity toy. It can be adjusted so that he can play with it while laying down, sitting (our goal), standing and then can be used as a toddler desk. I thought it was so cool, he thinks its 'eh, alright. Go figure ;)

March 27th Squash

Noah had his first Gerber food today, Squash just seemed too much to make home made. He liked it, definitely more than the bites of oatmeal I kept trying to sneak in in between.

March 26th Birthday mama

I had a wonderful 28th birthday today. Noah and I played with blocks, took a nap together and then we went out to dinner with Tish and Jaylin. It was a good day.

March 25th Fun with cars and trains

We got a new book at Safeway of all places yesterday and it is awesome. The story is about a race car that has to try his best to win the race and the end of the book opens up into a race track complete with grooves that the included wind up toy car races along all by itself. Best of all the book was marked down to $1.75, what a steal! We had fun with the book tonight, Noah likes to try to catch the car as it goes by. I can't wait until he learns how to say "vroom vroom."

Then we had fun with his cousins' old train, he likes to prevent the balls from popping out.

March 24th Carrots

I steamed up some carrots for Noah's dinner tonight. He thought they were delicious!

March 23rd Reunited!

We had a wonderful time in Mexico, but Noah was never far from our thoughts.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful!


We are happy to report that Noah was a VERY good boy for Grandma and Papa. He only woke up once at night for bottles. They heard him say Mama, Dada and he even started to wave to them! James and I were so happy to see Noah we couldn't help but wake him to kiss and squeeze him even though it was very late.
Papa did a great job of taking pictures everyday for us so that I could go back and update the blog. Thanks again Grandma and Papa!

Hayden was the only friend at Grandma's day care today so they had a nice day of playing together. Noah enjoyed checking out the play tunnel.

March 17th Bon Voyage

We're on our way to Mexico! We're going to miss Noah SOO much!

March 16th Noah helped us pack

We leave for Mexico tomorrow, Noah had fun helping us pack.

Grandma and Papa promised to take pictures for the blog everyday, but the won't be up on the blog until next week. We're really, really going to miss our little man, but we're looking forward to the vacation and to helping Nicole and Lou celebrate their wedding.

March 15th Noah loves the dogs

Noah thinks its way funny when the dogs come up to sniff him. They can always get a smile out of him, even if he's not feeling well.

He loves to pet their fur. Why do dogs always looked possessed in pictures?
