May 29th Bonus video Army Crawler!!

Every time Noah comes home for an extended visit at Grandma and Papa Ray's Noah seems to have learned something new, last time he learned how to wave, and now he is army crawling!

May 28th Sleep over

James and I went wine tasting for Tish's birthday today, so Noah hung out and had a sleep over and Grandma and Papa Ray's house. He was his usual happy, talkative self for them. He slept in the crib I slept in when I was a baby :)

He has been such a happy boy since that tooth finally broke free. He was rolling and scooting around the living room for quite a while today just playing with his toys and entertaining himself. I love watching him play and 'talk'.

May 26th Noah has a tooth!!!!

It can be felt and seen, I'm officially 'calling' it, Noah finally has his first tooth!!

May 25th Happy Birthday Auntie Tish

We went out to dinner tonight for Aunt Tish's birthday, Noah was SUCH a good boy, smiling and chatting away. He tasted mashed potatoes, asparagus and lemon, none of which got much of a reaction out of him. :)

And BIG NEWS, we can finally see and feel the sharpness of Noah's first budding tooth! I'd say that as long as it doesn't play peek a boo any more that he will be officially getting one super soon!

After Noah's dinner of homemade chicken, sweet potato, spinach and applesauce (kid eats way better than I do, my dinner consisted of canned soup lol), he had more practice using his hands to get food into his mouth. He was especially silly tonight and gave me great pictures. It was so hard to narrow them down when creating today's blog post!

May 22nd Noah's first 'real' bath

Noah had a real bath without an infant tub for the first time today. He loved splashing all the water around him, and he thought laying back in the water was great fun. He is going to love swimming at Uncle Ray and Aunt Shelly's house!

May 21st Pinch, pinch

At Noah's appointment yesterday the doctor brought it to my attention that Noah could improve on his fine motor skills a bit, he should be able to pick up small things with a pincher grasp. For example Noah currently just grabs something with his whole hand and then tried to shove his fist into his mouth instead of putting the food inside with his fingers.
So we're going to practice this skill more often; today he has small ground chicken pieces on his tray for him to practice grabbing. You can see in the first picture that he didn't quite know what to think about the chicken at first.

Noah was also given the green light to take children's Zyrtec for his seasonal allergies. So no more red eyes and piggy snorting at the park anymore!

May 20th Noah is 9 months old!!

What was that Dad? You don't want me to take off my 9 month sticker??

Noah has been making this first 0 face often lately, I think he is using his upper lip to put pressure on his upper gums. Still no teeth! Crazy.

He was 19 lbs 11 oz and 27 inches long. The doctor mentioned that Noah may not have a basketball career in his future ;)

And since Papa Ray and Grandma are in Mexico, I didn't get my reminder text! Grandma is very good about reminding me if I don't post, she loves seeing a picture of Noah everyday.

He also had fun with his 'tools' the other day. He is so stinkin' cute. I think I say that at least 20 times a day :)
