Happy Halloween!

Noah was so excited to go trick or treating!

hehehe I just love this picture.

Noah woudn't cooperate for the group picture. Check out the cutest little monkey in the back ground, baby Connor. ;)

He got a hang of it eventually, and did great. He even told some people thank you. :)

We loved having Grandma and Papa there with us!

World Series Parade!

Noah and Daddy went to the World Series Parade in SF today. Noah really liked seeing the fire trucks go by, and he liked riding on the Bart train.

Go Giants!!

BOOVille

Noah, Connor and Daddy came to my school's BOOVille, Halloween carnival. The wonderful Goss family joined us as well. It was so cute to see Noah and Jaylin playing the carnival games.
The best picture I could get of the both of them.

Pumpkin Patch Fun

Noah loved the pumpkin patch this year!
He's getting pretty good at ignoring Mommy's requests to look at the camera.
Noah loved the old truck at Smith's Family Farm.

He loved Daddy chasing him through the kids' maze even more.

He thought the little piggy was SO funny!
He kept saying oink oink! at it.

Noah gets a kick out of putting on our sunglasses and we tell him what a "cooooolllll dude" he is. He couldn't quite get it right this morning. LOL

Cutie Patooties!

I like this one because their tongues are almost doing the same thing in their smile :)

Computer Savy

Noah likes pretending that he is "working" on Mommy's laptop. He also loves pointing to all the cute kiddos while I'm editing, especially if it is a sleeping newborn and then he makes snoring noises.

Noah loves going to educational websites, especially Team Umizoomie.  He seems to be quite the mathematician; he consistently correctly identifies heart, star, circle, square, rectangle, triangle, diamond, octagon, and cylinder (!!). He likes to hold up squares and then angle them so they are diamonds. He thinks its funny to switch back and forth quickly as he says the names.    He is getting really good with numbers too, he names the correct number about 80% now from 0-10 and can count with you. I also hear him counting to himself often, but it's not always in the right order.

He really likes to stack cylinders (paper towel rolls, my curlers, etc) and then knock them over.

He definitely gets his math brain from his Dad, none from me!

Tactile play with rice

I let Noah play with uncooked rice this evening, I saw the idea while browsing through blogs via Pinterest. It helps their hand-eye cordination and it's just plain fun.
Noah really enjoyed filling up the various "tools" I gave him.

Yes, he eventually dumped it. But nothing a good vacuum can't solve ;)

Mmmmm baseball bats

are delicious!

Playmates

Noah and Connor have begun "playing" with each other and its pretty much the cutest thing in the universe. Noah likes to play peek a boo with him, and crawl up to him and laugh in his face. Connor usually cracks up and then Noah runs back to do it again. I've caught it on video a few times, I'll have to upload one or two. ;)

Go Giants!

Daddy dressed Noah today in honor of the Giants game.

He looked so cute that I thought I would try to get some good portrait-y pictures of him.

Noah has learned to completely ignore me when I have the camera out, so I just got a lot of these

On a related note, public service announcement: binkies thrown in frustration over Giants' games will crack flat screen TVs.   Yes, that really happened in the Collins household....

Truck! Truck!

Noah really gets a kick out of when Connor wears anything with cars or trucks on it. He always points and pokes him in the belly and yells truck! car! vroom!

Yum

We let Noah feed himself chocolate pudding today before his bath. This was after he was about half way done. Silly kiddo!
